Fear of childbirth: how to overcome and overcome

Difficult moments are behind, there are very few left. You are already counting the days when you become a mother. Soon the baby will smile at you, you will count all the fingers and toes. You will hear the sniffing and grunting of the baby … And then panic begins. Absolutely all women experience fear of childbirth, and there are no exceptions. One of the fears that childbirth will begin suddenly, you will have to urgently go to the hospital. And if it happens on the road, or there is a traffic jam? Calm down, even the fastest childbirth lasts about an hour and a half, you will have time to get to the hospital. Put together a package of necessary things in advance. Be sure to put all the necessary documents, personal hygiene items, a set for a woman in labor, a set for a baby. Inform your husband or relatives about the package, where he is. A common fear is the unknown. All sorts of thoughts are spinning in my head that something may not go according to plan. Don’t panic. You need to trust your doctor, because many agree in advance about the upcoming birth, choosing both a maternity hospital and a doctor who will take delivery. The upcoming pain is also frightening. No one can say for sure how long this period will last. For some, this passes quickly, while for others it takes several days. But it is fear that generates the most toxic secretions in the body, which can be dangerous for both the child and the woman herself. It also happens that during pregnancy, a woman hears enough scary stories and begins to wind herself up. This fear stems from a lack of reliable information. Talk to your doctor about your concerns and concerns. Communicate with people who are adequate and knowledgeable. The expectant mother is frightened by the responsibility that is still unfamiliar to her. Can she be a good mother? And what should she do when the baby is crying? What if she can’t understand him? And if the milk doesn’t go? These many other questions are spinning in my head and haunted. Courses are conducted at antenatal clinics and in women’s clubs. It is advisable for the expectant mother to visit them. They will prepare you for the upcoming birth, teach you how to breathe correctly and not give in to panic. They will tell you how to handle the baby. They will talk about breastfeeding and artificial feeding. Prepare psychologically for the upcoming acquaintance with the baby. A close friend of mine took courses in preparation for childbirth in Kiev and was very pleased. Simulate a favorable outcome. Tune in to the positive. Learn to relax, relax in such difficult moments. Remember that not only successful childbirth depends on the condition of the woman in labor, but also the future of the baby himself. Mothers are not born, but become, and this is laid down by nature itself.
